Itinerary Created Just for You
When we receive your request, a Journey Designer will contact you. We’ll go over all of the details and develop a personalized itinerary specifically for you. It’s a go after you’ve decided you like it!
1. Amendment or rescheduling
Any changes made to the original booking are subject to availability. If the full payment has been received and/or a voucher has been issued, 20% administrative fees will be applied except on changes to tickets for air travel.
2. Payment/Booking Policy
We are offering a down payment of 25% non-refundable to secure the space

  • 3 months before the trip starting another 25% of the total amount
  • 1 month before starting the full amount has to be transferred. Till this time, you will have the ability to increase the number of the participants
3. Cancellation Policy (Excluding Peak Period)
Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

  • From the date of booking until 120 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 119 days and 90 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 89 days and 30 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Between 29 day and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.
Force Majeure:
Unknown Egypt Travel offers a very flexible cancelation policy in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your departure country and/or your destination. In the event of this happening, your payment will be available as future travel credit and travel voucher that can be used towards. You have the flexibility to apply this amount towards new travel services booked within 12 months. Reservations will be adjusted to reflect these travel credits automatically. Only flights’ and private access’s cancellation/changing fees are charged, according to the airline’s and ministry of antiquities’ terms and conditions, and bank surcharges fees applied on the deposit amount paid.
4. Private access
Please be aware that the private access is neither changeable nor refundable
5. Refunds
  • A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method which was used for the original payment. No refunds are possible in the event of a no show for an existing reservation.
  • Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
6. Accommodation
Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published prices are inclusive of tariffs and other costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.
7. Flights
(1)Domestic Flights:
We quote the average price of flights with approximate timings. Requests for specific flight times or changes to previously booked reservations may result in changes to the total price of the package.
8. Responsibility
  • Unknown Egypt Travel acts only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other mode of transport, and assume no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: weather, acts of God, force majeure, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes made by any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.
  • Unknown Egypt Travel is not responsible for any mental distress that could result from techings/tour as well as not responsible for any situations that might arise from a participant’s mental condition.
  • The retreat is not a guarantee that a certain healing might happen.
9. Special Requests
  • If the client has any special requests, he should inform the company at the time of booking. The company and its suppliers will try to satisfy such requests, but, as these do not form part of the contract, the company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to fulfill it. The client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The company does not accept bookings, which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.
  • If any additional services are required, such as booking hotel, arranging transportation, PCR test etc. unknown Egypt travel can provide it with additional cost.
10. Children Policy (A Child Share Parents’ Room)
• Policy 1: for packages, Nile cruises, and hotels
Under 2 years old: free of charge
Under 6 years old: 25% of total tour cost for an adult individual
Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an adult individual
All children 12 or older are considered adults.
If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
• Policy 2: for sightseeing tours & shore excursions
Under 6 years old: free of charge
Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an adult individual
All children 12 or older are considered adults.
If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights or ferry boats, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
11. Complaints
If you have any complaints while you are in the destination, please notify the company
(Unknow Egypt Travel) immediately because most problems can be solved quickly. If you feel that your problem persists, call the Customer Care Manager (00201207021077) while you are still on your tour; after you return home, if you are still not satisfied with the service you received you must write to the Customer Care Management.
12. Acceptance of the Agreement
The contract constituted by the company’s acceptance of the client’s booking, subject to these booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. The payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
